Dr. Tobias Leibfritz studied Molecular Medicine in Freiburg with a Ph.D. in Molecular Oncology (Dr. rer. nat.) from the Technical University of Munich. Worked as a strategy and transaction consultant for Novumed, specializing in providing services to small and medium-sized enterprises. Later, he worked for EY Parthenon as part of their specialized Life Science unit for the Germany-Austria-Switzerland region. He served as a project manager for the Board of Janssen DE (a subsidiary of J&J) and then transitioned internally to Medical Strategy at Medical Scientific Affairs Janssen Germany. He worked on strategic projects such as project management for artificial intelligence in the areas of diagnostics, therapy, and care to promote early innovation. Dr. Leibfritz has been involved in the sphinX Initiative of the BDI for approximately three years.
